Chawell Biotechnology’s fully automatic stainer and coverslipper is the first integrated workstation of its kind in the world. It is designed as a combined staining and coverslipping line to support the standardization and normalization of rapid frozen pathology workflows. The system has been developed through extensive research and holds multiple national patents.
Chiwell biotechnology Automatic stainer and coverslipper (E7) is an automatic staining and coverslipping workstation with routine tissue section, rapid frozen section, cytology pasteurization and special staining and coverslipping. It is miniaturized, concise and compact on the basis of large staining and coverslipping workstation.
CW-1000+CW-800 is an integrated solution that provides heating, dewaxing, hydration, staining, dehydration, transparency and coverslipping for routine histology, rapid frozen section, cytology Papanicolaou staining and special staining. It has the characteristics of High throughput, high speed, high quality and high efficiency.
A unique high-molecular coating eliminates the limitations of neutral resin glue and tape-based covering methods. Paired with ultrathin UTG cover glass—optimized for electron microscopy—it provides exceptional light transmittance, high hardness, superior scratch resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and strong impact tolerance. During coverslipping, the glass can flex without breaking, significantly enhancing the durability and long-term preservation quality of slide samples.
